The house is ten minutes walk away from St Austell and our new town where there is an Eden Cafe opened just this February and many new high street shops.
The White Hart Hotel is a favourite to eat, plus the Water Margin a Chinese Restaurant - 5 minutes walk away.
Plus many more in St Austell.
There is a 6 screen cinema with an Italian Restaurant.
We have three double rooms at Lowarth Gwyth, two en-suite rooms and one with private bathroom (not shared).
TRESCO - A lovely spacious and light room, overlooking open countryside. It is a twin, double or family en-suite room with one double bed and one single bed. It faces the front of the house, overlooking a wooded garden.
ST AGNES - A double en-suite room, at the back of the house. Warm and cosy.
ST MARTINS - A double room, overlooking back garden. It is also used as a single (tariff £28 to £35 per night) with breakfast. Has it's own private bathroom, (not shared) just outside the room, down 4 steps. A large double room. |
